It was the perfect place to visit, I have heard it has a beautiful water view in the summer but we came in the middle of snow flurries. This place was good. Heavy on dressing as well, but that could be overlooked if the protein was done correctly.
Tables are socially distanced and staff members were all wearing masks. For my lunch I had the haddock sandwich, which was enormous and tasty. Instead of trying to be polite and help us, they did everything the opposite way.

Royal River, true to its name, is a massive restaurant directly on the river, with ample seating outside (some with private fire pits!). We ordered oysters to start and they were delicious!
